The Pin Point Learner Journey

Pin Point Training Learners

Pin Point Training offer a wide range of pre-employment training courses, from Warehouse & Storage to Employability Skills. All of our courses are bespoke and employer led.

We will complete a robust Individual Learning Plan to identify the best opportunity for you. This will include looking at your skills, experience and previous qualifications.

All of our courses are delivered at Level 2, giving you the best start in your journey to sustainable employment.

Courses are delivered in a classroom setting and on average last 5 working days. On completion of your course you will be given an opportunity to attend a guaranteed interview. There are no tests involved in the training, however, you will be give a workbook that will stretch and challenge your learning. Depending of the employer you have chosen, you may also be given an opportunity to attend a work trial.

On completion of your chosen course you will be given the opportunity to attend a guaranteed interview with one of our many employer across England. Successful learners, on average, start work within 5 working days of interview.

 

Course certificate are issued within 6-8 weeks of course completion. Any learner who is unsuccessful at interview will be given the opportunity to attend an Information Advice and Guidance session with one of our qualified staff members. They will help identify alternative routes in to employment ad well as looking at progression into an apprenticeship or further education.
